MY WORLD
My full name is Kate Amanda Booth (Dr. Kate Booth pending). I enjoy an exciting career in Geographical Information Science (GIS), I know it’s quite a mouthful, but you can explore more about this on the ‘Earth Exploration’ tab that will be unlocked soon. As a GIS Analyst, I spend my days creating maps for large scale projects across the UK, yes this can be very stressful but definitely rewarding and exciting. I am also undertaking a PhD focusing on Remote Sensing in the Brazilian Amazon! My career is a result of my deep routed passion for adventure and exploration, my experiences of which are shared on this blog.
